JUST 1 EVANGELISM TRAINING
Just 1 Evangelism Training (“Just 1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Notice describes the categories of information we collect, the purposes for which we use and disclose that information, and the rights and choices available to participants in the Just 1 Evangelism Training program.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when participating in the Just 1 trainingprogram. This may include yourname, email address, age or date of birth, account credentials, and other information necessary to administer the program.
If you record or upload a Gospel Story or other training video, we will collect and store the video and any information contained within it, including your image, likeness, voice, statements, and any other content you choose to share.
For participants under age 18, we also collect thename, email address, andconsentof a parent or legal guardian.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information and recordings solely for purposes consistent with the operation of the Just 1 training program, including to:
- provide, administer, and support the training program;
- enable you to record, store, and access your training videos;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the training platform;
- provide technical assistance and participant support; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do notuse your personal information or videos totrain artificial intelligence models.
We will not use your Gospel Story or training videos foradvertising, fundraising, social media, publicity, or other promotional purposes unless you (or, for a minor, your parent or legal guardian) provide separate, explicit written consent.
We do not sell personal information or videos.
Who May Access Your Information
Access to your personal information and videos is limited to:
- authorized Just 1 personnel with a legitimate need to support the training program; and
- third‑party service providers that host, store, maintain, or support the training platform, such as cloud hosting services, video storage providers, and technical support vendors.
All service providers are contractually required to handle information appropriately and to use it only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or safety of Just 1, our participants, or others.
Protecting Your Information
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and videos against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
How Long We Keep Your Videos
We retain videos only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Just 1 training program and for legitimate administrative, security, and legal purposes.
You may request deletion of your videos at any time by contacting us at [EMAIL ADDRESS]. We will take reasonable steps to delete the requested videos. Limited copies may remain temporarily in system backups for a restricted period or where retention is required for legal or security purposes.
Deleting your videos does not automatically delete your Just 1 account. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us.
Please Be Thoughtful About What You Share
Your Gospel Story is personal to you. Please do not include sensitive or private information about another identifiable person without that person’s permission.
You should also consider carefully whether you wish to include highly sensitive personal information about yourself, such as health information, financial details, or information about past trauma.
Children and Teens
Participants under age 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before recording or uploading videos through the Just 1 training program.
Parents and guardians should review this Privacy Notice and the Consent to Participate and Video Recording before providing consent. They may contact us to request access to or deletion of a minor participant’s videos or personal information and should notify us if their contact information changes.
Public Sharing of Your Gospel Story
Participation in the Just 1 training program does notgrant Just 1 permission to publicly share your Gospel Story.
If Just 1 seeks to use your video, image, voice, or Gospel Story on a website, social media, at an event, in promotional or fundraising materials, or otherwise publicly, we will request a separate Publicity and Media Consent. You are not required to provide publicity consent in order to participate in the training program.
Your Rights
Participants may request access to the personal information we hold about them, ask questions about how their information is used, or request deletion of their videos or other personal information. To make a request, contact us at info@lovejust1.com

Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time as the Just 1 training program or our privacy practices evolve. The current version will be posted on the Just 1 website with the date it was last updated. If we make material changes, we may notify participants directly.
